DesignerPRO services
DesignerPRO is an online platform that connects businesses with vetted creative professionals. Our main role is to receive requests and forward them to our professionals for production.
Use of artificial intelligence
DesignerPRO and creative professionals may use artificial intelligence tools (including third-party models and services) in the workflow when appropriate for the nature of the request, with human oversight and review when necessary. The client is solely responsible for the materials provided (briefs, copy, images, references, and data) and for the lawfulness of the requested content. The client must not request materials that violate applicable laws, third-party rights, or the terms of use of the AI tools employed. Deliverables may combine human creative work with AI assistance. DesignerPRO does not guarantee specific results from third-party AI tools and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for unavailability, policy changes, or incorrect or unsuitable outputs from those providers.
Professional selection
All professionals go through a selection process to ensure quality of delivery.
Professional responsibilities
By registering on the platform, professionals agree to create the requested assets according to the instructions provided by clients. Professionals should strive to deliver high-quality work and meet client expectations.
Matching businesses and professionals
When a business submits a request, our system distributes it to available professionals. The user may cancel the request until a professional accepts it; after that, cancellation is not possible. If a professional rejects the request due to missing materials needed to complete the work, credits will be returned to the user.
Banking and payment data
Payments are processed via Stripe. DesignerPRO does not store banking data or card information.
Payment failures and chargebacks
If subscription billing fails, access to the platform may be suspended until payment is resolved. If an improper chargeback is filed, the user account may be blocked until the matter is resolved. There is no refund for payments declined by financial institutions or when payment details provided by the user are incorrect.
Business responsibilities
Businesses must provide detailed information on how the asset should be created, including precise specifications.
Payments
Businesses must purchase a subscription plan within the platform to access DesignerPRO services. Each plan includes a set number of credits. Payment follows the selected plan, and there is no refund for unused credits. The only refund offered is the one required by law within seven (7) calendar days after purchase if the user exercises the right of withdrawal.
Cancellation and refund
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. However, we do not offer partial refunds for subscription periods already paid. The user may continue using the platform until the end of the current billing cycle.
Credit cycle
Credits accrue over 30-day cycles while the plan is active. There is no cap on accumulation. If the plan is interrupted, accumulated credits expire at the end of the cycle. If the user leaves and later returns, previous credits are reset to zero.
Use of credits
When you place a request, your credits are used. Each asset type consumes a specific number of credits as shown on the platform. For custom requests, a quote will define the credits required.
User-Submitted Content
By submitting files, images, text, logos, trademarks, references, or any other materials ("Submitted Content") for use in a request, the user represents and warrants that it holds all copyright, trademark, likeness, and other intellectual property rights necessary over such Submitted Content, or that it has obtained the proper authorizations and licenses for its use and reproduction by DesignerPRO and the professionals involved in production. The user is solely and exclusively responsible for the lawfulness of the Submitted Content and for any copyright, likeness, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement resulting from its submission or use. DesignerPRO does not pre-verify ownership or lawfulness of Submitted Content and is not liable for claims, disputes, or damages arising from such infringements; the user shall indemnify and hold DesignerPRO harmless from any resulting losses, costs, or liabilities.
Use of likeness and work
Businesses retain all rights to delivered files for commercial and promotional use unless otherwise agreed. However, DesignerPRO reserves the right to use delivered work for promotional purposes, such as in the DesignerPRO portfolio and marketing campaigns, unless we receive written notice to the contrary. You also agree that DesignerPRO may disclose that you are a client and use your names and logos in the following contexts: (a) digital, online, and print marketing materials (including on our websites); (b) external presentations, including to clients.
Timelines
Delivery time depends on the number of assets in the request, complexity, and the professional’s workload. The professional will state the timeline at the start of the request and may adjust it if essential information is still pending.
Revisions
Users are entitled to unlimited revisions subject to these rules: 1. Revision requests must be made within ten (10) calendar days after delivery. After that, the delivery is deemed automatically accepted. 2. The designer may refuse revisions if changes exceed 50% of the original copy, as that may constitute a new version. 3. Visual changes allow more flexibility because design is subjective. 4. Revisions must be requested in the designated area of the platform. Requests through other channels will not be considered. 5. For videos, replacing copy or voice-over after delivery is not allowed; if needed, a separate quote applies. 6. Structural changes to landing pages are not allowed during the revision process; a separate quote is required.
Editable files
All static deliverables include editable source files. Videos do not include editable project files.
Links to third-party platforms
DesignerPRO may provide links to third-party platforms but is not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
DesignerPRO acts only as an intermediary between businesses and creative professionals and is not liable for delays, disagreements, or communication issues between the parties. We are also not liable for technical failures, temporary outages, bugs, or platform unavailability. We work continuously to keep the service secure and running but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. In no event shall DesignerPRO be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or from the work or conduct of professionals.

Governing law and venue
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florianópolis, State of Santa Catarina.
